A little over two years ago I injured my back sledding with my kids. Since that time it has progressively gotten worse to the point that I'd given up on running, playing basketball, sports with my kids, and even walking was excruciating. The neurologist ran the gamut of tests and from over 30 grueling physical therapy appointments and 4 steriod injections. At this point I was told to "live with the pain or consider sugery." Two months in to the non-surgical spinal decompression I'm able to walk and stand without pain and will be back to running half marathons within a short while. I am thorougly a believer now.
