Back Problems (Much Pain) With My Back Over The Years On & Off

I have had problems (much pain) with my back over the years on & off. I have tried, exercise, diet, physical therapy, and prayer. 7 weeks ago, I was in great pain again, and I was looking for a permanent solution to my back problems. I received information in the mail & decided to look into the procedure.
