I couldn't get dressed anymore . . .

I wanted to write this testimonial so others could benefit from this treatment like I have. I first herniated my disc L4/L5 at age 24. Back then they did not have solutions to back pain like they do today. I had the surgery and for 10 years I was good. I am a soccer player and could not go through with the pain. 10 years later, I re-herniated my disc, except this time it was WORSE. I could not put on my pants in the morning without laying down. I even had to have help putting on my shoes. This made me feel helpless- even crippled. I could not walk or run without pain for the past 4 years. Then I said a prayer and watched a TV ad and decided to call. I came in skeptical, but this was my last choice before doing another surgery. After 4 months of treatment I am back to my old self. Now I can exercise again and also get myself dressed with no pain. Dr. Meadows and the staff have been wonderful and always positive with my treatments. Just follow all the instructions from the doctor and it will work! (don’t go swimming when you feel good after 2 weeks.) I highly recommend this treatment and would do it again. My experience here at the Spinal Relief Center was a great one. I first started having problems with my back three to four months ago. I could not do the normal things I usually did and I could not stand, sit or walk for any period of time. I started to miss work and the problem did not go away. So, I went to different doctors and they told me to do different things like ice and physical therapy. Those did not work. The last option was surgery and that was not an option. I had an MRI done, and it showed a severe bulging disc that was pressing on a nerve. So I heard about Dr. Meadows’ office and how it works to treat back pain. I gave it a try and at first, and I had my doubts, but after a few treatments I started to feel better. It took about 3 months, but now, I am pain free and have a normal life again. I would tell people to try this first and not surgery. The staff was just wonderful, and made my experience a good one.

Getting out of bed was excruciating, however, everyday tasks were very difficult if not impossible. Showering personal hygiene, getting close enough to the toilet, any bending, reaching, trying to do laundry, picking something off the floor, mopping, any lifting, and walking were all very difficult to do.

I’ve been suffering from nagging pain all along my right leg and lower back for nearly two years… I’ve tried several conservative treatments in the past including physical therapy, cortisone medications, chiropractic adjustments, etc but nothing lasted for more than a couple of weeks. My pain would return as soon as the treatments stopped. I then learned about the spinal decompression treatment offered by the Spinal Relief Center. When I came in for an evaluation I was a bit skeptical if the treatment was going to work, having gone through all the past treatments. I was in so much pain that I could hardly stand, sit, sleep or walk without pain I would give anything a try. I started getting better with reduced pain within a couple of weeks after the treatment began. The treatment itself was very relaxing, and Dr. Meadows and his staff are very professional and supportive. I think more people should know about this treatment and I would definitely recommend this to anybody who is suffering nagging sciatic pain and lower back pain due to disc issues.

What can I say? I came in for Spinal Decompression therapy because I was “at the end of my rope”. I just didn’t know what to do. I was in CONSTANT pain from my back- from just an uncomfortable ache up to “this is the worst pain I have ever felt”. I was EXTREMELY skeptical when I went to see Dr. Meadows- but, as I said, I needed to find relief! Even just getting dressed in the mornings was enough to put tears in my eyes from the pain! Dr. Meadows’ thorough check of my back pain causes put me more at ease. Dr. Meadows extensive consultation with the doctor who performed the MRI made me decide to give Spinal Decompression therapy with Dr. Meadows a try. I learned that the injuries to my back were immense and given this, was surprised I could even walk!
My pain started to decrease after only the first treatment! After the third or fourth treatment I was pain free! I could dress again without tears!
The treatments themselves were ALWAYS gentle and painless! As a matter of fact, I looked forward to treatments with great anticipation because there not only was NOT EVER ANY PAIN associated with them, and the treatments themselves felt wonderful! I like to play basketball, but in January when I attempted a shot my left leg gave out. My pain continued to worsen until it became excruciating when I sat and sitting is what I do most of the day. As a member of Group Health I was provided an MRI which revealed a herniated protruding disc at L4 and a bulging disc at L3. Group Health also provided a physical therapist, (whom may have helped somewhat) that did not solve my problem. In the mean time, I received a mailer from Dr. Meadows and investigated via the free consultation offered therein. I consequently elected to try out the DRX 9000 process. I’m happy that I did. My husband called the center after seeing an infomercial on TV. Because of my extreme pain 24 hours a day, our marriage and quality of life was very poor. Living in Sequim, we decided to have me stay at a hotel here in Redmond for the treatments to my back and neck simultaneously. I have had successful careers as a nurse and teacher. I was very disillusioned to realize my retirement years would be worth very little as far as normal activities are concerned because of my extreme pain. I came to Dr. Meadows after dealing with my lower back pain for about 4 years. I tried numerous physical therapy and chiropractic sessions with little to no help. I came to the Spinal Relief clinic on the recommendation of my sister. Her brother-in-law had been to this clinic for treatment with excellent results. I also know others who have had this treatment. First of all, Dr. Meadows was extremely helpful in guiding my diagnosis and explaining the potential effect the decompression treatments would have. I am a special case, having quite severe spinal stenosis that causes numbness in one leg, and possibly “drop foot” in the other. The course of treatments lasted about 4 months there is much improvement in the sensations and numbness, and I have to say that I used to have a stiff lower back much of the time before the treatments started, and this is largely gone now. Fortunately, my stenosis was due to bulging discs impinging on the spinal cord in several places. The DRX-9000 treatments went a long way to alleviate the symptoms.
The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They accommodate their patients in almost every way. I also like the fact that the treatments are supplemented with vitamin B12 and fish oil, and the stress on hydration. All in all, my experience has seem excellent, and I would recommend Spinal Relief to anyone.

I had tried everything before coming to Spinal Relief. Acupuncture, chiropractic, physical therapy, aqua therapy, injections… everything. I had 5 severely degenerated discs in my neck. I lived in extreme pain and of course not sleeping either; needless to say I was also quite depressed. It’s been a long road here at Spinal Relief. All the girls are absolutely fabulous. I hurt my lower back in the summer of 2004. The pain at the time was rough. All day every day… I had trouble walking, sitting and standing. Forget about work or fun, just me and the floor in the living room. So about 4 years past. The pain got better through stretches, weight loss and managing my pain. All I did was work and sleep. My life was different. I was like that “crippled guy”.

My name is James R. and I have had back problems for many years. Usually chiropractic care would always fix me up, but this past year the pain and discomfort wouldn’t leave. I work at UPS so being able to lift and move efficiently is crucial. My quality of life was decreasing as my pain was beginning to become severe and I thought I may have to leave my job. I finally got a MRI and it showed a disc protrusion pushing on the nerve. My friends talked about their back surgeries that took months to heal and shots that were temporary and I thought that I would have to take that same depressing path. Lucky for me Doctor Jeremy was also my chiropractor and he suggested disc decompression. I was skeptical as how could my back problem, which was worse than a usual herniated disc, be fixed with a non-invasive procedure. But I knew Dr. Jeremy as a high quality and excellent doctor and person so I took the plunge and started treatment. After just two weeks I noticed improvement, and by the time treatment was finished I was pain free and my life was back to normal. The treatments were pleasant and it was more like going to a spa than a doctor’s office. The staff is outstanding and very friendly and I will actually miss them.

I’m a member of Trilogy at Redmond Ridge – a very active Senior Community. I was involved in Senior Softball, two walking clubs, dance, and exercise classes. February 2010, things came to a screeching halt. I had seen Beth P. walking around our indoor track with an ice belt. She was very glowing in her recommendation of Dr. Meadows and the DRX 9000 treatments. Her progress had been very positive and nearly pain free.
Dr. Meadows put me through several tests, including an MRI. At that time, I walked with a serious limp with some significant pain radiating down my right leg. After about 50 feet of walking, I’d have to sit down and rest. My diagnosis: two herniated discs, one cracked from an old injury, disc degeneration and sciatica.
I decided to say, “No” to the option of surgery because of the risk of making a bad situation even worse. The spinal decompression was pain-free and throughout the treatments, of around 3 months, I noticed decreasing pain and a sense of returning to normalcy. Today, I am walking about 10 miles a day, doing core-strengthening exercises, easing back to lifting, approximately 250 chin-ups/week, dancing (even East Coast Swing), and by next spring, I’ll be back to golf, bowling and softball (with gentle rules).

Between September and December, the sciatica on my left side went from annoying to unbearable. At first I experienced a severe wave of pain after standing up and walking about eight steps. As time went on, the pain increased, often stopping me in my tracks – sometimes causing me to go to the ground.
I tried acupuncture and massage. Neither helped. I have a phobia of manual chiropractic adjustments, however the pain I experienced became greater than the fear/phobia and I sought out chiropractic care. At this time, we really didn’t know the extent of the injury. The manual chiropractic only made things worse.
By December I was ready to try something else and gave into an MRI. The results showed an 8mm protrusion of the nucleus of the disc sitting against/on the sciatica [nerve]. My ND (naturopathic doctor) recommended decompression or surgery. Surgery was not an option I was willing to look at so I sought out decompression and found Spinal Relief.
Dr. Meadows clearly explained what was going on in a manner I could easily understand. (I’ll never think of jelly donuts the same again). During this initial consultation my pain level was so severe, I couldn’t sit in a chair for more than five minutes, and that was not comfortable. By this time my entire left leg was in pain almost 24/7.
During treatment on the DRX I was mostly comfortable, but I did have a few times where I considered having them lower levels of pull. At first coming upright was a bit of a challenge and reaching to pull myself off the table could take minutes. A few times – 3 I think – I felt as though I’d pass out. This got better and easier as time went on, thankfully.
My original treatment plan was extended because recovery was slower than expected.
My pain level is around a ONE now, and only in certain positions. The hope is with proper care and strengthening it will continue to heal.
And last, but not least, the care was amazing!

I believe I injured my back while I was weightlifting. As the days went by my injury got progressively worse. I tried traditional chiropractic methods to cure the pain, but it wasn’t getting better. After about 9 months of pain, I had an MRI and the results came back with herniated disc between S1 and L5. I was recommended by my chiropractor to either consider spinal surgery or spinal decompression. After talking to a spinal surgeon I realized that spinal decompression was the right choice for me. I have had back pain for a number of years (about 10). Treatments I have tried are acupuncture, physical therapy and pain and anti-inflammatory medicine.
Over the past 2 years, my back pain worsened, and I gradually had to cut out exercise, walking and hiking, and it interfered with my work as well as sleep. Since sitting in airplane seats was so painful, I stopped traveling. My balance was not good. Heard about spinal decompress on TV and it made sense to me. For the past thirty years I’ve suffered with a degenerative disc condition worsening as I aged. Finally I got to the point where I was unable to sit for more than a minute or lay in bed without agonizing pain. I did see an orthopedic doctor for several months last year who prescribed pain killers and eventually sent me to a physical therapist that had me doing leg lifts amongst other exercises which caused more damage and pain.
As a last resort I sought out Dr. Meadows who explained the spinal decompression treatments to me and accepted me as a candidate that could expect positive results. I have to admit I was very apprehensive about the treatments and experienced real trepidation for the first few... they did not hurt and they were not uncomfortable… I was simply fearful of something new. After receiving about six of the treatments, I began to relax and would fall asleep.
I had approximately thirty of the 25-minute treatments over a period of four months and I can finally sit, lie down and walk around without debilitating pain. I recommend these treatments to anyone who experiences pinched nerves in their back or legs, stiffness in the back or any other pain associated with disc problems. I am now in a water fitness program which doesn’t put pressure on my back and I can truthfully say I feel terrific. Thank you Dr. Meadows.

I am 26 years old. Prior to seeing Dr. Meadows, I would often be told I had the back of a 90 year old and I was just too young to have surgery. I would wake up some mornings in a state of paralysis because it hurt so much. I literally could not move. Most days my mother would have to help me get out of bed, get dressed, and tie my shoes. I could not do any normal activities at all. I couldn’t play with my nieces couldn’t go out with friends, even going to work was sometimes out of the question. I had seen chiropractors, physical therapists, surgeons, and pain management specialists for years. No one could help. I was to a point where the only way to even try to function was to be drugged 24/7 with pain meds, anti-inflammatories, muscle relaxers, and ambient to keep me asleep through the pain at night. Dr. Meadows was the first doctor to explain everything in my MRI, going as far as drawing pictures to provide a better visual of what happened in my spine. Since the summer of 2004 I had been living with extreme back pain that was getting worse over time. I was informed that it was a protruded disc that was causing my lower back pain. The pain changed my life because I was no longer able to be active as I had been before. My fears were heightened by the fact that I was trying to conceive and was concerned that I would not be able to have a normal pregnancy due to the pain. I was so elated that a doctor was taking the time to communicate with me and explain why and how this treatment would benefit me. To make a long story short; finding “Spinal Relief Center” was a total God send for me. – I went through a very traumatic experience with my neck. My problems started gradually with numbness in my fingers in both hands. At this time I didn’t know it was anything to do with my neck. After awhile I started getting really strong electrical shock sensations throughout my entire body. I went to the hospital and had an MRI. The neurologist I was sent to, wasn’t any help at all. He hardly explained my MRI, said would go away in time. It ended up getting worse.

–After another useless visit at the hospital, I did my own research on the computer and found “Spinal Relief Center”. After reading the reviews, it sounded perfect for me. –So I made an appointment with Dr. Jeremy Meadows, and had an amazing experience. He called and got my MRI results the same day and explained in total, easy to understand detail of what was wrong with me. I came to Dr. Meadows because he was a last resort to surgery. I have a bulging disk, spondylothesis, and degenerative disk disease. I had been to many chiropractors, tried acupuncture, did massage, and had an epidural. Also, did Yoga and that was not good for my back. Too much bending over from the waist. Each thing helped for a day, the epidural for a month, then the pain back.

I have a physical education major and am a very active person. I play golf, tennis, and exercise. I also sit for long periods of time playing bridge. I found my activities seriously affected. I had a stabbing pain when I was active and when I sat for too long. I was doing the wrong kind of exercises and stretching.

The treatments, icing, water, and supplements helped greatly. I was extremely faithful to the program and the pain slowly subsided from a 9 to a 2-many times a 0. Instead of stabbing pain with activity, I now have a dull ache which I can handle. I ice after every activity. Another great benefit is the strength I have gained. Besides the decompression therapy, I continue to do all the exercises recommended. Before treatment, I had to sit down to dress; now I can stand and all activities are improved. Another plus was the chiropractic treatments I received when necessary.

Dr. Meadow’s office is a warm and friendly environment. His staff is very encouraging, friendly, and competent. They are always attentive to all your needs and I looked forward to coming in for treatment. It is a very welcoming environment that feels like home. The entire staff is exceptional.

In 2006 I was diagnosed with herniated discs between L4-L5, L5-S1 and L3-L4. At first I tried to control the pain with exercise, but in 2008 the pain was so severe I could barely walk. I couldn’t even lie down to go to sleep because I was in so much pain I was seriously considering surgery, even though I knew the odds my back would get better were slim. A friend of my wife had suggested I look into decompression therapy and at first I was skeptical – if it really worked why haven’t doctors suggested it before? But at that point I was willing to try anything. I thought, “If I get 70% better I would be happy.” After my third week I got better and better! Now that I have completed my treatments, I am 90% better! I can go about my daily routine with little to no pain at all. I have a 35-year history of lower back pain that has given me a lot of problems over the years, but nothing like what happened in Spring 2008 which resulted in my inability perform the daily tasks of life and being off work for a period of 2 months. An MRI revealed that I had 4 or 5 different ruptures including a few bulges and herniations. During this time, I was driving to my mailbox and was unable to walk without pain. The way I got around was to move from one chair to the next.
I received treatment at Northwest Spine and Sports, which amounted to a steroid shot in my spine. If I felt any relief, it was for a very short period of time. The pain quickly returned as well as my inability to live my life. I went to see the doctor every 2 or 3 weeks. I could see the doctor’s lips beginning to form the word “surgery” – an option that was not acceptable to me. I was scared.
A coworker referred to the Spinal Relief Center and I began treatment that very first day. For the first 2 or so weeks, my pain increased and my mobility decreased. I had this sinking feeling that I was hurting myself, not helping. But after the first few weeks (may have been close to 3 weeks), all of a sudden, I started feeling better. The pain decreased significantly and with each week I grew stronger and more pain free. The decompression treatments were working!
I am still pain free, though get sore when I get too frisky in the garden. It is a process of relearning how to live my life and how to go slowly. I am so grateful for the care of me and I am forever indebted.

I just wanted to add a little about how much pain I was in when I started seeing Dr. Meadows for spinal decompression.
Getting out of bed was excruciating, however, everyday tasks were very difficult if not impossible. Showering personal hygiene, getting close enough to the toilet, any bending, reaching, trying to do laundry, picking something off the floor, mopping, any lifting, and walking were all very difficult to do.
Being the middle of fall and winter didn’t help in regard to getting out and walking enough during my treatment but I have still experienced great relief and getting stronger and able to take care of many more daily tasks without discomfort.

I was told I had a bulging disc in September 2008. It turned out that I had this problem for 4 months without really knowing it. The spine specialist treated all of my nerve pains and muscle spasms with multiple drugs, and then more drugs for the other drugs side effects. I received injections, went to physical therapy, missed a lot of work and lied in bed 90% of the day for 3 months. It was while lying in bed that I saw a decompression infomercial. I immediately called the number and saw Dr. Meadows the same day. I started treatment that day, and now, 2 ½ months later I am pain free. The spine specialist I was previously seeing didn’t approve of this treatment plan. His recommendation was surgery, which he himself only gave a 30% chance of success. He said I would not be able to “rebuild” the area. I’m very pleased I didn’t follow his advice. I also wrote a letter to my insurance provider who covered 100% of the “specialist” recommendations and told them how this treatment saved them and my employer thousands of dollars. I got a back injury while I was working. I had a very severe pain, so bad that I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t walk without pain. I needed help for my daily living activities. I heard about non-surgical procedure, and I found on the internet the Dr. Meadows’ clinic and I made an appointment. After the MRI scan I found out that I have a herniated disc problem on my low back. I did the 24th session of treatment that took me six weeks. After the first week I felt an important decrease of pain. After the 20th session the pain was totally gone. The procedure doesn’t hurt and it is really a blessing for those who have big spinal pain. What can I say? I came in for Spinal Decompression therapy because I was "at the end of my rope". I just didin't know what to do. I was in CONSTANT pain from my back, from just an uncomfortable ache up to "this is the worst pain I have ever felt". I was EXTREMELY skeptical when I went ot see Dr. Meadows- but, as I said, I needed to find relief! Even just getting dressed in the mornings was enough to put tears in my eyes from the pain! Dr. Meadows' thorough check of my back pain put me more at ease. Dr. Meadows extensive consultation with the doctor who performed the MRI made me decide to give Spinal Decompression therapy with Dr. Meadows a try. I learned that the injuries to my back were immense and given this, was suprised I could even walk. My pain started to decrease after ONLY ONE TREATMENT! After the third or fourth treatment I was pain free! I could dress again without tears.

The treatment themselves were ALWAYS gentle adn painless! As a matter of fact, I looked forward to treatments with great anticipation becausether not only was NOT EVER Any Pain associated with then, and the treatments themselves felt wonderful! My experience here at the Spinal Relief Center was a great one. I first started having problems with my back three to four months ago. First of all I want to thank all of the staff and the doctors at spinal relief center, everyone was very kind and carying.

As far as decompression treatment goes it was a very positive experience. Lower Back Pain slowly disappeared. I would say that I first noticed a change after about 2 weeks, and it progressed after that.

The belt was a huge help too! In fact I've purchased one for my mother, she likes the results as well.

I came with severe lower back pain that got worse over time. I tried 3 cortisone shots at the Nordstrom Tower In Seattle in June, July, and August. They helped for a little bit but then I got worse. I decided to try something different after the holidays, not spinal surgery.

It all started when I could hardly walk and had unbearable back pain. Nothing seemed to work, pain meds-stretching-I expressed my concerns to the doctor, we did testing and then an MRI, found positive findings, the sciatic. I weighed the costs and pros and cons of surger versus the DRX 9000, I don't like surger and consider the "last resort", I figured out that the out of pocket expenses were higher for surgery.

I love using the DRX9000, now after a few weeks my pain is gone, I can walk easier, feel about 150% happier and can think straight. I was treated very very good during my duration of treatments. I really like coming to my treatments and will miss my new friends. I never really got tired of my treatments. I was skeptical about treatments of Non-Surgical Decompression but in about 12 visits I started to notice my lower back getting better and in 18-20 visits my back did not hurt any more. Hi my name is Nan I am an Art Teacher and artist. I have had since the 70's major back pain and I have going to chiropractors ever since. In fact last year. My Experience at the Spinal Relief Center has been excellent. My lower back pain was severely impacting both my work and home life - and the cortisone shots just didn't work. The only other option offered was surgery, and that really concerned me. Then, I heard about Spinal Relief Center from a friend and decided to check it out. I was skeptical at first, however my friend had success and I have seen other people have success with it, this convinced me to give it a try. I'm very glad that I did.

I think I was the most skeptical patient at Spinal Relief Center has ever had. My back problems started in 1982. I have gone from active (biking, skiing, swimming, yoga, weight training) to no activity. I have tried everything (steriod injections, cortisone injection, electrotherapy, pain pills, advil and icy-hot, muscle relaxers, bed rest, exercise, heating pads, ice, inversion table, biofeedback, orthotics, massage, adjustments, chiropracractor, therapy ball, back brace, heel lift, special pillows, antidepressants, accupuncture, ergonomic furniture, aquatherapy). I've talked with M.D.'s, E.R. Dr.'s, sport medicine doctors, chiropractor, orthopedic surgeon, neurosurgeon. I 've had x-rays, MRI's, and even a spinal tap.

I decided to give spinal decompression therapy a try after I requested some information (happened to be the same week I was wheeled in to the ER, unable to walk). Six Weeks Later I am Drug Free and Pain Free

For my back pain I have been on several medications to dull the pain as well as dull my nerve ending's not to feel pain. Prior to this treatment I was taking several medications that were having interactions with each other causing dizzy spells that almost made me pass out. I've been experiencing low back pain and leg numbness for several years. I've been a chiropractic patient since January 2006 and I continued to feel low back pain and loss of balance.

A little over two years ago I injured my back sledding with my kids. Since that time it has progressively gotten worse to the point that I'd given up on running, playing basketball, sports with my kids, and even walking was excruciating. If you're reading this your're probably considering the non-surgical decompression program. I remember doing the same thing when considering the program, reading testimonials and wondering how much I could believe. Now that I'm on the other side of the process I'd like to share my story.

My first back incident occurred when I was in high school and was caused by a bad fall I took when I was water skiing. Twenty years went by and the lower back problems slowly increased with pain and stiffness, sometimes getting to the point where I had to hunch over just to walk. I was still athleticaly active, but would often pay the price with lower back pain the next day. I tried chiropractics, massage therapyy, ice, anti-inflammatory medicines, and physical therapy, and although they all helped no of them provided long-term sustained relief.

Then five years ago I was on a camping trip and woke up one morning with intense, severe lower back pain leading to an ER visit. Two days later I had an MRI. I continued to use ice, heat, and anti-inflammatory medications along with massage and chiropractic treatments, physical therapy and acupuncture to try and control the pain. In addition, I was following a daily exercise routine designed to reduce the pain and strengthen the problem area. Although I experienced some relief the overall pain level increased and I started to have continual numbness in my right foot and frequent leg cramps. Tennis and basketball were now out of the question.

I saw an ad for decompression and thought I'd at least go for an exam. What could it hurt? I was hoping decompression might help me avoid the need for surgery, which I was beginning to think was eventuallyy inevitable. Well, the exam revealed that I had no reflex response in my right leg and the impinged nerves in my lower back had caused me to lose the muscle control in my right leg. That was very unpleasant surprise. I was also surprised when I learned that I had multiple positive MRI findings. In other words, my condition was rapidly deteriating. It was depressing to learn how bad things really were.

So, although I was a little nervous and a bit skeptical I started the program. Two months later the reflexes and strength in my right leg were completely back to normal, which was astounding to me. One month later I was also pain-free. I'm now a whole-hearted believer in the program and am spreading the word. It really is amazing!

One more thing - the staff at the clinic is the best. They're friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and hard working.

I was headed for major back surgery when I decided to try Non-surgical decompression. I had seen three different surgeons and got three different recommendations. Lower Back Pain Was Severe

My lower back pain was severe enough to prevent me from any walks past 20-30 yards before pain would start. I also was unable to stand for any period of time pain free.

After several weeks of non-surgical spinal decompression treatments, there was a noticable decrease in pain, and it also took longer before it started (I could walk farther and stand longer). Previous Physical Therapy methods were not at all effective.

It's a matter of time before the healing process is all done. I will say that I am 75% better at this point.

Good Nights Sleep

After reading the scientific literature on decompression therapy, I determined this was worth a try to fix the painful lower back that was preventing me from getting a good nights sleep and participating in many normal physical activities. After only 11 sessions, I was able to turn in bed without the pain that usually wakened me every two hours. My legs felt stronger, and I was able to power walk without pain. I could arise after sitting without the usual pain + stiffness in my low back. I felt I was finally standing over my feet, and my posture significantly improved. I did not need the pelvic tilt posture to reduce my lumbar strain any longer. I thought coming for treatments is the best thing I could have done. I've gone from not being able to bend over to feeling normal again with no pain. Treatments felt a little weird at first, but after a week or two they felt good and I could start to tell a difference.
